My name is Caroline Baker and I am a registered childminder. I am married to Simon and live in Lincoln. We have three great children. The children are Hayley (11) Carla (9) and Harry (4).
I am a member of the National Childminding Association and aim to meet their quality standards in my childminding practice. I also have public liability insurance through them. I have just gained my level three in Quality First.
I have lots of experience with childminding and have done it for several years. My aim is to offer a safe, stimulating and a enjoyable environment for all the children I care for . Before becoming a childminder I was in Royal Air Force but don’t panic we are not moving even though my husband is still in.
I am not a true yellow belly (born in Lincoln) I am afraid but we are Cornish pumpkins (born in Cornwall) so what more can you ask for……..
